Following on from the rule 42 guidance introduced at the Europeans 2018, president Marcus Spillane has submitted the following letter to the Aarhus 2018 jury, which we expect will be accepted. Therefore, teams should look for the official event notice, but expect to be racing under these rule 42 interpretations.
