The Sailing World Cup in Hyères from 25 April to 1 May and the Sailing World Cup in Weymouth & Portland from 6-12 June, are the two big remaining hit outs before the Olympic Games and sailors will be looking to lay down performance markers. The road to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is shortening and sailors’ opportunities to test themselves against world class opposition is narrowing.
Racing at 2016 Sailing World Cup Hyères is scheduled from Wednesday 27 April to 1 May. Four days of fleet racing will culminate in the Medal Races on Sunday 1 May which will be broadcast live on the World Sailing TV YouTube channel from 11:00 local time.
