Bjarne Bouwer / Jorien Hin

Bjarne Bouwer, 23, is already an Olympian, having finished sixth in the Nacra 17 at the Paris 2024 Games.

Taking on the helm for a new campaign, he paired with Jorien Hin under coach Coen de Koning, the experienced sailor guiding his younger crewmate as she learns the foiling catamaran.

The Dutch duo are a developing force, gaining ground on the international circuit as they build toward Los Angeles 2028.

Jorien Hin, 22, is the newer half of the Dutch Nacra 17 partnership, learning the high-speed catamaran alongside Paris 2024 Olympian Bjarne Bouwer.

The pair train and push each other daily under coach Coen de Koning. Hin showed her promise on the international stage through 2025 and 2026, a campaign briefly interrupted by a dramatic mast breakage at the Worlds.

The young Dutch crew are developing steadily toward LA 2028.
