Willemijn Offerman / Scipio Houtman

Willemijn Offerman, from Amsterdam, is a versatile Dutch sailor who has competed in both the 49erFX and the Nacra 17.

With Scipio Houtman she became 2024 Nacra 17 European Champion and won World Championship bronze in 2025 at Cagliari, the Netherlands' first Worlds medal in the foiling catamaran.

The pair are established contenders as they build toward Los Angeles 2028.

The duo struck gold at the 2024 European Championship in Palermo and followed up with a historic bronze at the 2025 World Championship in Cagliari, the first Dutch Worlds medal in the class.
